Description
Centsprent met 5 x 4 houtsneden, over Jan Klaas die al jong niet deugt, door zijn moeder wordt geslagen en van school wordt gestuurd. Hij gaat in de leer bij een bakker, een kleermaker, wordt soldaat en deserteert, ontsnapt uit de gevangenis en wordt moordenaar. Hij wil naar Oost-Indië, lijdt schipbreuk, wordt veroordeeld door een rechtbank en eindigt onder de guillotine. Met tweeregelige rijmende onderschriften in Nederlands en Frans.
