Description Garia Adi Maha Samsan (burning ghat / crematorium) from where banik sadagar (local merchants) used to set sail for their journeys through Adi Ganga before British rule. The mandir / temples were built by them. It's one of the existing mark for golden history of 24pargans, which is now within Kolkata.
