Description The following is the author's description of the photograph quoted directly from the photograph's Flickr page.
"I suppose they're waiting for the builing to become beyond repair.
Then, they'll come up with a memo and some expert's report, showing that unfortunately nothing can be done to save this building, so it must be demolished. Land is very expensive in this area of Bucharest - look at the new office building to the right, which must have been built on the site of a similar old building. "
