Español: Primera Promoción de Oficiales egresada de la Escuela de la Guardia Civil y Policía el 3 de septiembre 1923. Sentado, al centro, está el Director General de la Guardia Civil y Policía Coronel EP Guillermo Rivero de la Guarda, rodeado de los miembros de la primera Misión de la Guardia Civil de España, fundadores de dicha Escuela en 1922. A la derecha del Coronel Rivero está el Teniente Coronel GCE Pedro Pueyo España, a la izquierda el Capitán GCE Bernardo Sánchez Visaires y detrás el Sargento 1º GCE José Gómez Hernández. Los Oficiales integrantes de esta promoción son: Capitanes: José Crousillat Blanco, Federico Fernald Benavides, Germán Mendizábal Mendizábal, Arturo Zapata Vélez, Emilio Vega y Vega, Daniel Matto Cavero. Tenientes: Alberto Panizo Sevilla, Carlos Chamorro Suarez, Manuel Sevilla Olano. Alféreces: Amílcar García, Isidoro Ortega, Oswaldo Castañeda, Enrique Rodó, Alipio Sánchez Benites, Félix Sarmiento, Félix Cáceda, José Zamalloa, José Arenas, Carlos Bonilla, Enrique Baeza, Guillermo Zavala, Abraham Pando, Eduardo Carbajal Loayza, Estanislao Matta, Isaac Costa Martinengui, Félix Canales Morote, Moisés Montoya, Isaías Flores, Juan Gómez Huerta, Adolfo Velarde, Enrique Macedo Camones, Mario Velarde, Ignacio Cervantes, Alberto Salazar Corvacho, Germán Navarro Gereda, Humberto Monteverde, Conrado Ruíz Oliva, Felipe Castillo.
