Español: Primera Promoción de Oficiales egresada de la Escuela de la Guardia Civil y Policía el 3 de septiembre 1923. Sentado, al centro, está el Director General de la Guardia Civil y Policía Coronel EP Guillermo Rivero de la Guarda, rodeado de los miembros de la primera Misión de la Guardia Civil de España, fundadores de dicha Escuela en 1922. A la derecha del Coronel Rivero está el Teniente Coronel GCE Pedro Pueyo España, a la izquierda el Capitán GCE Bernardo Sánchez Visaires y detrás el Sargento 1º GCE José Gómez Hernández. Los Oficiales integrantes de esta promoción son: Capitanes: José Crousillat Blanco, Federico Fernald Benavides, Germán Mendizábal Mendizábal, Arturo Zapata Vélez, Emilio Vega y Vega, Daniel Matto Cavero. Tenientes: Alberto Panizo Sevilla, Carlos Chamorro Suarez, Manuel Sevilla Olano.
