English: Histopathology of thyroid hyperplasia with a Sanderson polster, which is a group of small follicles that protrude into the lumen of a larger follicle. H&E stain. It should not be confused for papillary projections (which can lead to a suspicion of papillary thyroid cancer). The clinical diagnosis was toxic multinodular goiter.
