Description
English: Town hall Doehlen, (subdivision of Freital). Planned by Rudolf Bitzan and built 1914–1915. On October 1, 1921 the communities Deuben, Doehlen and Potschappel signed a treaty merging into a new town, for which they adopted «Freital». 1952–1994 office of the district of Freital. 1994–2010 out of use. 2010–2012 reconstruction, which costed 2.4m €. Since 2012 office of the public housing association.
Deutsch: Rathaus Döhlen. Das Gebäude wurde 1914–1915 nach Plänen von Rudolf Bitzan errichtet. Am 1. Oktober 1921 wurde hier die Stadt Freital gegründet. 1952–1994 Sitz des Kreises Freital. Leerstand 1994–2010. Sanierung von 2010–2012 für 2.4 Mio €, davon 2.3 Mio € aus dem Bund-Länder-Programm "Stadtumbau Ost". Ab 2012 Sitz der Städtischen Wohnungsgesellschaft Freital.
