Description
English: Horrendae Idolorum effigies, que in omnibus viarum angulis obvia Indi prostrati passim adorant et donarijs prosequutur, a Bramenis saserdotibus, ob sapientia opinionem, apud illos magni habitis, Pagodes dicta. (The horrendous images of the Idols, which, when met by the prostrate Indians in every corner of the street, they adore and follow with gifts, from the Brahmani priests, on account of their wisdom, the reputation of being considered of great importance among them, called Pagodes) Mesquita seu templum indorum Mahometistarum que secta totum fere, orientum pervafit. (Mosque, or temple of the Mohammedan Indians, which pervades almost the entire sect of the East)
