English: Hillside below the Storr The bare rock cliffs and pinnacles of the Storr rise above this steep grassy slope.
Below, on the left, is the approach path from the car park alongside the A855 Portree to Staffin road. The car park is in NG5052. The nearest water is Loch Leathan, NG5052 with the Sound of Raasay and the Isle of Raasay beyond (highest point - Dùn Caan in square NG5739). On the horizon on the right are the peaks of the Red Cuillin. |
