English: High Street, Omagh. For the most of the immigrant population, English is not their mother tongue. This poster at the telephone kiosk is urging them to register for to vote though it is not sure it is for United Kingdom elections or their country of origin. There was a similar campaign here for Northern Ireland, going by the silenced mouth on the poster. |
