Description
Centsprent met 6 x 4 houtsneden, met afbeeldingen van Jan en Griet, die trouwen en al gauw broek voor schorteldoek ruilen. Jan doet het hele huishouden, kookt de pot, stookt het vuur, bedient Griet, schept de as op, wast de vaat, spuit de ramen schoon, schrobt, dweilt en wast. Ze varen naar de Volewijk (galgenveld), en Jan ligt in de kraam. Hij verzorgt het kind, speelt ermee, leert het lopen, gaat ermee wandelen en laat het kindje kakken. Jan slaat het kind en Griet slaat Jan. Bevat tweeregelige rijmende onderschriften.
