Español: Detalle del núcleo de una célula de cáncer de mama. Se visualizan 5 señales rojas y 5 verdes (centroméricas), por lo que el cociente es menor de 2, pero el número de señales rojas (gen Her2) lo sitúa en la categoría de equívoco (4-6). Hibridación in situ fluorescente de núcleos en interfase de muestra de cáncer de mama en parafina.
