مصرى: الكركديه من النباتات التي توجد بكثرة في مدينة أسوان بجنوب مصر. و بنقع الزهرة في الماء ينتج مشروب لذيذ إلى جانب أنه مرطب و منعش ، له فوائد طبية أيضا مثل أنه يقلل من إرتفاع ضغط الدم،له تأثير إيجابي في منع مضاعافات مرض السكري، والكركديه غني بالمعادن وفيتامين سي لذا له دور كبير في تقوية الجهاز المناعي
English: Hibiscus is one of the plants that are found in abundance in the city of Aswan in southern Egypt. By soaking the flower in water, it produces a delicious drink, as well as being refreshing, It also has medicinal benefits, such as it reduces high blood pressure, has a positive effect in preventing diabetes complications. Hibiscus is rich in minerals and vitamin C, so it has a great role in strengthening the immune system.
