Description

Priesterwapen. Iedere priester in de Rooms katholieke kerk is gerechtigd een priesterhoed met twee kwasten en een zelfgekozen devies aan zijn wapenschild toe te voegen. De knopen en de wijze waarop de kwasten van de hoed afhangen zijn heraldisch zonder enige betekenis. De knopen (fiochi) werden door mij toegevoegd omdat we anders te weinig evenwicht in de tekening was. Lussen zijn ook al naar gelang er een ruimte moest worden overbrugd aangebracht. Ook hier is evenwicht in de tekening naar goed heraldisch gebruik het doel . Eigen tekening.
