English: Heslerton, looking towards Brompton-by-Sawdon A bleak winter scene of the desolate and largely featureless tract of land that lies in the 5km gap between the A64 and the A170. These main roads run virtually parallel to each other and there are very few houses here, it is mainly farm land and a very cold, damp and wind-swept place to be. |
