Di nav xaneyê de çewrî û asîdên rûnê dîsa yek dibin û dibin trîglîserîd.Trîglîserîd bi kolesterol, proteîn û fosfolîpîdan yek dibe. Ev pêkhate wekî şîlomîkron tê bi navkirin.Şîlomîkron ji xaneya mijer derbasî mûlûleyên lîmfê dibe. Şileya lîmfê trîglîserîdê(çewrî) belavê laş dike.
