  • Dansk: Ifgl. Steffen Heiberg, Frederiksborg, er billedet ikke malet af von Somer, og det fremstiller Charles I's bror, prinsen af Wales. Spengler Anfører, at billedet i Frederiksborgs inventar er opført som portræt af Charles I malet af Hans HOlbein. Billedet har siden været angivet at fremstille Charles, men der har rejst sig tvivl, om det ikke skulle fremstille hans broder Henry. Toynbee har dog opdaget monogrammet C.P på læsepulten (se brevarkiv). Billedet synes på dette sted urørt.
