English: A hammered silver 'short cross cut quarter coin' (probably class 6B) of Henry 3rd circa 1216-1272. The visible obverse has a facing bust with the inscription VSR*. The reverse has a small cross with four pellets in the quarter and the visible inscription is ON*C
