Svenska: Helsingborg. Vid Norra Hamnen. "Kristinehall 8: Karl Johans gata 10 - Tågagatan 2. Byggt 1898 for auditören Nils Ljungman, byggmästare Ola Pehrsson. Arkitekten Ola Anderson ritade fasaderna, medan planritningarna upprättades av Mauritz Frohm. Fem våningar + mansardvåning. Fasad i gult förbländertegel och mörkt ockrafärgad slätputs med dekor i gråvit slätputs. Mansardtak klätt med brun plåt. Brunmålade moderna fönster av olika typer. Entrén mot Tågagatan har konsolburet överstycke samt en mörkbrun helfransk glasad fyllningsdörr. Dessutom en del yngre dörrar av olika modell. Större ombyggnad 1974. 1980 inreddes vinden."
