[In English: Theofiel Mortier built this organ in 1920. The beginning of the heyday of the large dance organs. The organ came to Helmond in 1924 and is one of the few Mortier organs that is still in its original condition. The front of an organ was often adapted to the prevailing taste, something that never happened with this Mortier. The fact that it is a real dance organ can be heard from the many percussion elements in the organ. Many rhythmic effects ensure that it is excellent for dancing. / The collection of dance music at this organ is very extensive; for example waltzes, foxtrots, tangos. The large keyboard, the many registers and the large number of pipes provide many musical possibilities. The organ served for years in the dance tents at the fair. This organ can be completely dismantled.] "
