Page 13 article discusses the Seattle School Board's failed attempt to stop Stokely Carmichael from speaking at Garfield High School.

This is actually page 10 of the issue, because pages 8-9 are a single spread. This page was printed at a 90° angle to the usual orientation for a tabloid newspaper.
