Bombardero Heinkel He-111 E-1 "Pedro" (B.2-82, 25-82). Este avión fue construido en la factoría Allgemeine Tratnsportlatgen Gesellschaft, de Leizpig (Alemania), bajo licencia Heinkel y con número de fábrica 2940. Se incorporó a la Luftwaffe en junio de 1938 y llegó a España a finales de ese año para combatir en las filas del bando nacional con la Legión Condor. Una vez terminada la Guerra Civil Española, permaneció en España pasando a ser propiedad del recién formado Ejército del Aire. Sirvió en los Regimientos de Bombardeo 15 y 14. Fue dado de baja el 12 de diciembre de 1956, permaneciendo en el Aerodromo Militar de Agoncillo (Logroño) hasta julio de 1967, cuando fue trasladado al Museo del Aire de Cuatro Vientos (Madrid, España), donde hoy se exhibe en el Hangar nº1 con la decoración que usó durante la Guerra Civil Española. Heinkel He-111 E-1 "Pedro" Bomber Heinkel He-111 E-1 "Pedro" (B.2-82, 25-82). This aircraft was built in the factory Allgemeine Tratnsportlatgen Gesellschaft in Leipzig (Germany), under licence of Heikel, with fabrication number 2940. It joined the Luftwaffe in June 1938 and came to Spain late this year to fight in the ranks of the national side with the Legion Condor. After the Spanish Civil War, remained in Spain through the property of the newly formed Ejército del Aire (Spanish Air Force). It served in Bomber Regiments 15 and 14. It was decommissioned on December 12th 1956, remaining in the military airfield of Agoncillo (Logroño) until July 1967 when it was transferred to the Museum of the Air of Cuatro Vientos (Madrid, Spain), which today is exhibited in Hangar 1 with the decoration it wore during the Spanish Civil War. |
