DescriptionHeilmannstrasse 25 6846.JPG | Heilmannstraße 25, München, Villa im englischen Landhausstil, errichtet 1901 von Gustav Schellenberger als Baubüro für die Villenkolonie Prinz-Ludwigs-Höhe. 1903 gekauft von Josephine Heilmann, einer Tochter des Immobilienentwicklers der Kolonie, Jakob Heilmann, und ihrem Mann Roman Oberhummer und erweitert durch Jakob Heilmann und Max Littmann. Damals entstand die gotisierende Einfriedung des Grundstücks. 1980/81 durch einen Anbau im Süden zur Wohnanlage erweitert. |
