| Description |
English: Hedge on West View Farm Immediately west of Boldron lie a number of fields which retain their original enclosure boundaries. This well-maintained hedge, dividing two fields between Browside and West View, has been cut with a taper towards the top so that enough daylight reaches the base to stop it becoming gappy. Only a couple of large hedgerow trees (both Ash) punctuate its length of about 150m. Yet another fall of snow has blanketed the fields today, and the livestock are sheltering, out of shot. |
