| Description | Interstate 5 was shut down in Portland early Tuesday morning, June 18, when a truck carrying propane tanks caught fire in the area near north Skidmore Street. The fire and subsequent exploding tanks damaged the road surface. Crews are completing emergency repairs, including grinding and paving. |
