Movement — From this position, swing the right handand arm backward from left to right in a large circleabove the head, swaying the body a little at thesame time. At the end of every five or six turns,swing the right arm upward and forward, turningthe body to the left, and throwing the weight onto the left leg, as shown in Fig. 62. Try the sameexercise with the left arm. Times — 5 — 10 — 20. Eate per minute, 2 — 4 — 8. Parts Affected — The muscles of the arms, shoulders,upper chest, and back.
