Movement — Straighten the right arm outward and up-ward to the extended position over the head, at thesame time elevate the left leg sideward to the ex-tended position shown in Fig. 53B. Caution — Raise and lower the arm and leg simultane-ously, and keep both as straight as possible. Inlowering the arm, have the hand come down to thethigh and not to the hip.
