English: Heading west, M4, Peaks Downs A heavy truck is gaining speed down the incline towards Junction 15. Trucks this large are limited to 60 mph (96 kph) so the car it is overtaking is travelling rather slower than that. The national speed limit for cars on motorways is 70 mph (112 kph). |
