中文：9月12日，商务部召开例行新闻发布会。商务部新闻发言人何咏前在回答记者提问时表示，中国是给予最不发达国家100%税目产品零关税待遇的首个发展中国家和世界主要经济体。这一举措将为最不发达国家扩大对华出口和共享中国大市场机遇发挥积极作用，也将带动“全球南方”团结合作，推进普惠包容的经济全球化。
何咏前指出，2024年中非合作论坛北京峰会期间，关于“商签共同发展经济伙伴框架协定”，得到了非洲伙伴的热烈响应。截至目前，中方已与22个非洲国家达成一致，并分别签署了框架协定。中非双方认为，框架协定是具有开创性的合作举措，将推动中国与非洲国家间建立更加灵活务实的贸易投资自由化便利化安排，为中非经贸合作提供长期、稳定、可预期的制度保障，为非洲产品进入中国市场提供巨大机遇，有力支持非洲工业化和农业现代化，助力非洲经济实现可持续发展。 |
