English: Hawkesbury Junction Lock This stop lock marks the beginning of the Oxford Canal which runs for 70 miles to Oxford by way of Rugby, Braunston and Banbury. The junction here with the Coventry Canal is also sometimes known as Sutton Stop, named after a canal company official. |
