Description |
English: Is a genuine Battle of Britain survivor serving with 605 (County of Warwick) Squadron and 111 Squadron. It was later operated by 56 & 58 Operational Training Units and was rebuilt three times following crashes. Once it hit a lorry on the runway & and on another occasion taxied into a snow drift!! It was shipped to India in 1943 and recovered years later by Peter Vacher. It has since been restored to its original airworthy condition. |
