Description

Die Gemeinde Schönheide kaufte 2016 die Grundstücke Hauptstraße 93, 94 und 95 in der Dorfmitte schräg gegenüber dem früheren Postamt (Hauptstraße 100), um die seit längerem leerstehenden Häuser abzureißen. Die Grundstücke haben diese Größe und hatten diesen Kaufpreis: Hauptstraße 93 qm 210 für 1,00 Euro, Hauptstraße 94 qm 120 für 1.500 Euro und Hauptstraße 95 qm 270 für 531,76 Euro. Der Abbruch der Gebäude fand im Juni/Juli 2017 statt und kostete 135.000 Euro, zu 90 % gefördert aus EU-Mitteln und Mitteln des Landes Sachsen. (Bericht in Schönheider Wochenblatt Nr. 17/17 vom 7.
