Description |
English: A rectangular copper alloy horse-harness pendant in generally good condition, suspension loop intact. The bottom right edge is damaged and slightly ragged. Only small dispersed fragments of what appear to be red enamel remain, plus traces of gilding on the outlines of the design. The piece.was originally diapered with tiny circles; it also bore a design of a single fret extending to the edges of he piece. The original arms may have been “gules, a fret or”.
Measurements: 26 mm x 20 mm, 35 mm including suspension loop. |
