Title
Harness pendant: Flower swinger & frame
Description
English: A copper alloy pendant of two sections, an outside frame and a separate swinging section of a six-petalled flower in the centre. The flower is fixed to the outside frame by means of a loop at the top of the flower, through which a pin passes into the body of the frame, thus allowing the section to swing in response to movement. The outer frame has a separate suspension loop that would have provided a fixing point to a copper-alloy harness mount. Some scraps of original gilding remain. Measurements: 23 mm x 40 mm outer dimensions.
