Title
Harness pendant: Cruciform
Description
English: A small, cast copper alloy pendant in the form of an equal-armed cross with broken suspension loop. Quality of casting poor, the right hand arm being wider than the left. The piece is wedge-shaped in cross- section, tapering from 6 mm deep at the top edge to 1 mm at the bottom. There are large amounts of gilding remaining; The flat face of the central rectangle may have had some decoration but none of this remains. Measurements: 34 mm x 45 mm (including suspension loop).
