Summary
[edit]DescriptionHaringey Flowerbeds -11 - Middle Lane, Crouch End.jpg |
English: Middle Lane, Crouch End, London N8.
Foliage and colour of well-maintained plants lift the spirits and delight the eye. _______ Continuing my occasional look at the flower and plant beds which enhance (and I regret, sometimes degrade) the streets of Haringey. Take a look at Haringey parks, pocket-parks, trees and flowers to compare locations. East & west; the good, the bad and some of the downright ugly planters which are no more than glorified litter and weed trays. (Click here to see a 2008 contender for the "weediest borough" award. Fortunately, it has since been removed altogether and paved over.) ══════════ Click here to view large. |
