ting men ofthe town, including schools, boys clubs,trapshooting association, cadets, etc.Almost before Mr. Fraser and Mr.Dwight arrived on the scene in the morn-ing some of the sportsmen were on thejob, and by ten oclock there was a good crowd in attendance. In fact during thewhole day there would be no less thana dozen or eighteen customers there allthe time. Business men would leavetheir offices for a few minutes, run intothe Thorne store and examine the gunsand rifles on view and then return towork. It is estimated that about onehundred sportsmen called, and they oneand all expressed their delightwith thegoods shown. A great deal of interestwas shown in one type of air rifle. Mr.Fraser ably demonstrated the workingof this rifle and it appeared to be thecentre of attraction. Another rifle thatcreated a good amount of interest wasthe 303 sporting model. Displaying Other Equipment Mr. Frasers display of gun imple-ments caused quite a sensation, andmany sportsmen saw for the first time
