Summary

[edit]
Description

A cheery woman stands at what I believe is the north side of the Fremont Bridge. In the background is the George Washington Memorial Bridge also known as the Aurora Bridge or State Route 99. It is a city landmark and listed in the NRHP.

I am not good at dating clothing but believe she is dressed in newish 1930s clothes. The bridge was opened in 1932, and that would be a good reason to get a photo with it in the background.

I bought this photo at an antique store awhile back. You can check out <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/tigerzombie/sets/72157624985887906">more of my random acquisitions</a>.
