Description
English: Elephant stble, near the queen's palace of world heritage Hampi, the capital of Vijayanagra empire(during 16th century) is in the state of karnataka, India. Here the king's elephant were tied. It is believed that soldiers were marching on the ground opposite to the building. This magnificent and beautiful building made of stone and mortar bricks. This Indo Islamic style has eleven huge halls. The exterior of the building is decorated with Islamic style arch with entrances and domes draw tourists attention from its artistic significance. The interior of the building has plain walls without decoration and doors are available from one room to another. This is another evidence for the glory of Vijayanagra empire. At the center of the building there is also two storey huge mansion which may be watch room or guest room. Now it is dysfunction.
ಕನ್ನಡ: ಇಂಡಿಯಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿಜಯನಗರ ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ವಿಶ್ವಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಹಂಪಿಯ ರಾಣಿಯರ ಅರಮನೆಯ ಸಮೀಪವಿರುವ ಆನೆ ಲಾಯ. ಅಥವಾ ಆನೆ ಸಾಲು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜರ ಆನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗೂ ಇದರ ಎದುರಿನ ಬೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೈನಿಕರ ಕವಾಯತು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತೆಂದು ನಂಬಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆನೇ ಲಾಯ ಕಲ್ಲು ಮತ್ತು ಗಾರೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ಭವ್ಯವೂ ಸುಂದರವೂ ಆದ ಕಟ್ಟಡವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂಡೋ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಶೈಲಿಯ ಈ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ಬೃಹತ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ಹೊರಭಾಗ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಶೈಲಿಯ ಕಮಾನು ಗೂಡುಗಳು ಪ್ರವೇಶದ್ವಾರಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಮ್ಮಟಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಲಂಕೃತವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಕಲಾತ್ಮಕತೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ಒಳಭಾಗ ಅಲಂಕಾರವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಾದಾ ಗೋಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ಒಂದು ಕೊಠಡಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕೊಠಡಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳಿವೆ. ಇದು ವಿಜಯನಗರದ ಅರಸರ ವೈಭವದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ. ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ಮಧ್ಯ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರೆಡು ಅಂತಸ್ಥಿನ ಬೃಹತ್ ಮಹಲು ಕೂಡಾ ಇದ್ದು ಅದು ಕಾವಲು ಕೋಣೆಯೋ ಅತಿಥಿಗೃಹವೋ ಆಗಿದ್ದಿರಬಹುದು. ಈಗ ಅದು ಶಿಥಿಲಾವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
