Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Exhibited picture from the archaeological exhibition Hallonflickan (i.e. "The Raspberry girl") in the summer 2011 at Falbygdens museum in Falköping. The picture shows her cranium. Explaning arrows show traits used to osteologically determinate the gender (supraorbital ridge, mastoid process, and muscle attachment) och they show that this is a woman. "The Raspberry girl" is a skeleton from the Middle Neolithic (circa 3000 BC) found in 1943 in a peatbog in Luttra Parish, south of Falköping, Falköping municipality, former Skaraborg county, Västergötland, Västra Götaland county, Sweden. The uploaded file is the original file used to print the exhibited picture.
