English: Hall Ings Footbridge, Bradford The footbridge was built in 1976 to provide access to the new Transport Interchange from Norfolk Gardens behind the City Hall. contractor was JW Tait of Oakenshaw, Bradford. Resident Engineer was J. Richard Kay M.A., C.Eng., M.I.C.E. on behalf of the newly formed West Yorkshire Metropolitan County Council. Demolition started in September 2009. |
