Description Haitians are observed from a Seahawk helicopter as they walk up a steep mountain road Jan. 16, 2010. The crew of the helicopter is there to deliver supplies to those affected by the earthquake on other parts of the island. The USS Carl Vinson and Carrier Air Wing 17 are conducting humanitarian and disaster relief operations as part of Operation Unified Response after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake caused severe damage near Port-au-Prince on Jan. 12, 2010.
