العربية: مصفف الشعر أو المُقَيْنَةٌ الماشطة (وجمعها مواشط) شخص مهنته هي قص أو تصفيف (تمشيط) الشعر بهدف تغيير أو المحافظة على صورة الشخص. ويتحقق ذلك باستخدام مزيج من تقنيات تلوين الشعر والتسريحات وغيرها. معظم مصففي الشعر هم متخصصين مهنيا ومرخصين تماما مثل مهنة الحلاق أو خبير التجميل.
Esperanto: Frizisto estas tiu, kiu profesie razas aŭ tondas barbon aŭ harojn. Poste la frizisto ofte aranĝas belan frizuron de la hararo. Aliaj vortoj por frizisto estas hartondisto, barbiro, barbisto, razisto, kombisto.

Simple English: A hairdresser's job is to organise hair into a particular style or "look". They can cut hair, add colour to it or texture it. A hairdresser may be female or male. Qualified staff are usually called "stylists", who are supported by assistants. Most hairdressing businesses are unisex, that is, they serve both sexes, and have both sexes on their staff.
