Description
English: Holy Trinity Church Hagworthingham 1905-posted postcard printed by William Kirkham Morton (1852-1935) of Spilsby, Lincolnshire, whose business W. K. Morton & Sons, Ltd. were printers, publishers, and newspaper proprietors, with branches including those at Spilsby, Horncastle, and Spalding. The company was wound up on the death of Morton in 1935, and after liquidation the bankrupt assets was acquired in the 1950s and used to set up the unassociated new company of Mortons of Horncastle.
The church tower fell down in 1972 and was not replaced.
