Description
Deutsch: Naturschutzgebiet Henkhauser- und Hasselbachtal (NSG HA-015) in Hagen-Hohenlimburg, Ortsteil Henkhausen. Blick auf den Hasselbach, in den oberhalb des Schutzgebietes der Henkhauser Bach zufließt. Der Hasselbach hat eine Länge von ca. 3,9 km und entspringt am Schälk auf Letmather Gebiet, fließt zwischen Reher Wand und Bemberg (254 m) durch Henkhausen und mündet an der Spannstiftstraße in die Lenne. Das Schutzgebiet umfaßt ein mehrfach verzweigtes Bachsystem und Zuflüsse des Henkhauser- und Hasselbachs östlich von Henkhausen. Die z.T. kerbförmig eingeschnittenen Talbereiche sind überwiegend mit Laubholzarten, u.a. auch mit Erlen und Eschen bestanden. Östlich des Zusammenflusses der beiden Bachsysteme stockt ein großer Eichenwald mit Buchenbeimischung. Im nördlichen Teil des Gebietes finden sich mehrere Hangwiesen bzw. Wiesenbrachen mit Trockenrasenvegetation. In einigen Bereichen sind Feuchtwiesenbrachen vorhanden. Mehrere, z.T. verbuschte Steinbrüche sind über das gesamte Schutzgebiet verteilt.
