Description
Deutsch: Denkmalgeschütztes Wohn- und Geschäftshaus in Hagen-Haspe, Hestertstraße 2. Architekt: Franz Xaver Toelle, 1906. Ehemaliges Haus des Bäckermeisters Caspar Thurn. Das Bauwerk mit Ladenlokal und einer noch erhaltenen Backstube im Hofbereich zeigt eine Mischung aus Historismus-Elementen, gepaart mit Jugendstil-Accessoires. Die Palette reicht von „altdeutsch-malerischem“ Zierfachwerk über den im Jugendstil gern verwendeten Omegabogen bis hin zu polygonalen Erkerkern. Über der Toreinfahrt ist ein Flachrelief sichtbar, das eine Bäckereiszene zeigt.
