Description
Deutsch: Denkmalgeschütztes Wohnhaus in Hagen-Wehringhausen, Buscheystraße 48 Ecke Christian-Rohlfs-Straße. Vor 1910 von Architekt und Bauunternehmer Josef Fischer errichtet. Das imposante an einer Platanenallee gelegene ehemalige Beamtenhaus weist einen prachtvollen Turmaufbau auf. Zur Buscheystraße gerichtet ist der Balkon im Prachtgiebel in Omega-Form gestaltet, die in der Jugendstilarchitektur variiert Verwendung gefunden hat. Der Eingangsbereich ist ebenso hochherrschaftlich mit Säulen und Dreiecksgiebel inszeniert, mit dem der geometrische Reliefschmuck korrespondiert.
