Description The 2J78 1405 Norwich to Lowestoft approaches Haddiscoe. The New Cut - opened in 1833 to provide a faster link between the River Waveney and Yare for river traffic from Lowestoft to Norwich, can be seen on the right. The sugar beet factory can be seen in the background and to the left of the train.
