Description A member of the Haitian National Police Special Weapons And Tactics (HNP SWAT) team, armed with a 5.56mm Vektor R5 assault rifle, equipped with folding stock, during the search an apartment complex during a pre-dawn raid. The complex was believed to be the location where US Marine Corps (USMC) Marines had been taking sporadic fire from since they arrived in Port-Au Price, Haiti. USMC Marines with Haitian National Police, who translate and enforce Haitian laws, conduct raids to find weapons and other violations of the law. (Released to Public)
