Rationale: The editor Mayflower inc. isn't active anymore. A search has been made to find the book author coordinates, without success. It is believed those two searches constitute a reasonable enquiry to try to ascertain the author identity. No element in the book indicates the photo has never been published before, so it's assumed the photo has been published before 1942.
