Català: Adaptació de EMBL-EBI
Les caixes grogues són els estats coincidents (match, M). En l’estat M la probabilitat de distribució és la freqüència dels aminoàcids en aquesta posició. Els rombes fan referencia als estats inserits (I) que són usats per modelar regions molt variables de l’alineament. Les rodones indiquen els estats de deleció (D), conegut com estats silents perquè no coincideixen amb cap residu i estan per poder saltar sobre una o més columnes en l’alineament. El model probabilístic final es calcula amb l’estimació de les freqüències observades dels aminoàcids a cada posició, així com les transicions entre els aminoàcids derivades de l’ocupació observada a cada posició del MSA. |
